Victor did my inspection when I purchased my house. He did an excellent job. What I found most appealing about his work was his honesty and advocacy. I felt that he was on my side and not acting like an agent for my well-known real estate broker trying to push the sale through. Things needed to be fixed and he pointed them out. Victor was also very thorough. He checked every knob, cabinet, faucet, window, drawer, etc. etc. I’ve since moved out of the area and have dealt with other inspectors. None have been as good as Victor.

Victor was very thorough and professional. He found things that an earlier inspection agency missed. He provided a detailed report with quality photos for problems and answered all our questions. Victor did a great job, He was very professional, He was on time and very thorough with my house inspection. He answered all my questions with very thorough explainations. Victor is exceptionally thorough and detail oriented. The final inspection report was more comprehensive than any of the other reports I’ve received throughout my career as a real estate investor. If you plan to tag along and shadow him, as I did, then be sure to leave enough time in your schedule that day. When I worked with him, Victor was in the habit of writing up detailed notes right then and there, while sitting in the unit. He brought a little card table and set up shop in the living room. The real estate estate who met us at the property became somewhat annoyed with this, but I loved it. As any home inspector will agree, the best time to take notes is during the inspection, otherwise too many details are lost. I highly recommend Victor, and when I’m shopping for my next property, I will hire him again.
Victor did a great and through job performing the inspection on my home. He took his time to make sure everything was covered and was not rushed to complete his inspection. Next time I purchase I will contact Victor for inspection.
