Victor did my inspection when I purchased my house. He did an excellent job. What I found most appealing about his work was his honesty and advocacy. I felt that he was on my side and not acting like an agent for my well-known real estate broker trying to push the sale through. Things needed to be fixed and he pointed them out. Victor was also very thorough. He checked every knob, cabinet, faucet, window, drawer, etc. etc. I've since moved out of the area and have dealt with other inspectors. None have been as good as Victor.

When I purchased my last house my real-estate agent recommended a home inspection and Victor to do the inspection. I trusted the agent and so I agreed to use Victor for the inspection. Victor did what I think was a fantastic job and found discrepancies that may have mounted into large repair bills if left unattended. I recently had a problem with a wood pecker boring a hole on my patio wall and thought that I may have a bigger problem. I called Victor and he came over looked at the problem and advised me to what I needed to do to solve the problem. When I asked him how much I owed him for the visit he said no charge because he did the original inspection. I have since had Victor inspect two commercial properties and again he did a fantastic job. Without Victor's inspections I may have purchased a commercial property where repairs and upgrades may have cost more than the original purchase. I highly recommend Victor for building inspections.

Victor is exceptionally thorough and detail oriented. The final inspection report was more comprehensive than any of the other reports I've received throughout my career as a real estate investor. If you plan to tag along and shadow him, as I did, then be sure to leave enough time in your schedule that day. When I worked with him, Victor was in the habit of writing up detailed notes right then and there, while sitting in the unit. He brought a little card table and set up shop in the living room. The real estate estate who met us at the property became somewhat annoyed with this, but I loved it. As any home inspector will agree, the best time to take notes is during the inspection, otherwise too many details are lost. I highly recommend Victor, and when I'm shopping for my next property, I will hire him again.
